On 23 May, 2025, Bentley marked a significant milestone in its presence on the Bulgarian market with the official opening of the brand’s first authorised service centre in Sofia. The event celebrated a new chapter for Bentley owners in the country, providing access to a state-of-the-art facility built to the highest international standards of the iconic British luxury brand.
Located at Porsche Sofia Zapad, the new service centre is equipped with advanced diagnostic, servicing, and repair technologies dedicated exclusively to Bentley vehicles. The facility features two specialised vehicle lifts designed for Bentley models, including the Bentayga and the Continental GT. This means customers receive the exceptional level of care and craftsmanship that defines the Bentley ownership experience.
The official ceremony welcomed representatives of the car industry, business partners, Bentley clients, and distinguished guests to celebrate this important milestone for the brand in Bulgaria. The event was hosted by renowned TV presenter Maria Silvester. The celebrated Bulgarian singer Orlin Goranov delivered a special live performance, adding to the elegant atmosphere of the occasion.
The opening also coincided with the arrival of the fourth-generation Bentley Continental GT. The model sets new benchmarks in the luxury Grand Tourer segment. It represents the next chapter in Bentley’s vision for performance, innovation, and craftsmanship.
What We Did
Commissioned by Dentsu Bulgaria, the communications agency of Porsche Inter Auto Bulgaria, Mate Bulgaria developed the creative concept for the official opening of the Bentley service centre. We were responsible for the complete organisation and execution of the event.
The Mate Bulgaria team created an experience that reflected Bentley’s core values of luxury, precision, and meticulous attention to detail. From developing the creative concept and event script to stage design, technical coordination, production management, and the direction of the official ceremony, every aspect was carefully planned and executed to deliver an experience worthy of one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands.
The project was delivered in close collaboration with Dentsu Bulgaria. Through seamless coordination between both teams, the event successfully met Bentley Motors’ exacting standards. It marked the opening of the brand’s first authorised service centre in Bulgaria in a truly memorable way.
